Submitted by Innkeeper on Fri, 05/22/2009 - 16:49
The Maine in America Celebration is a ten-day festival in the Midcoast that celebrates Maine's role in American art. All the arts! Along with the summer-long Robert Indiana "Star of Hope" exhibit, the Maine in America events will bring thousands of art and culture lovers to our area, not just to visit Rockland but also to range to Lincolnville, Camden, Rockport, and beyond. For more information on events or to join in the celebration, please contact David Troup at The Farnsworth Art Museum 596-6457, ext. 128.
